    In the wild, the Kihansi spray toad lived within a certain radius of the bottom of waterfalls, dependent upon the spray from the falling water. As a part of the recovery effort the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse NY are successfully breeding the inch long toads in captivity.
