Google, after having filed for this years ago, was finally approved for a patent on their concept of "doodle." A "Google doodle" is a creative way of representing the Google logo, relevant to an activity or historical event that might have happened in that days past. Google has pushed this even further and included "changing your logo to entice users" in the patent claim. |
